All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Dilshad Garden, Delhi – 110095.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
Bulk or high-quantity orders may require additional processing time.
Delivery Timelines
North India (Primary service region)
Delhi, NCR, UP, Haryana, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan
➡ 2–5 working days
Rest of India
➡ 4–8 working days
Remote or non-serviceable locations may take longer.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is chargeable on all orders.
Charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size and location.
Heavy or oversized items such as stands, hardware, or bulk trophies will be shipped via surface transport and may attract additional freight.
Bulk Orders
Institutional and bulk orders may be dispatched via transport/logistics partners. Delivery timelines will be shared separately after order confirmation.
Address Accuracy
Customers must provide complete and correct delivery details.
Print Junction is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses or unreachable phone numbers.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If undelivered, the order may be returned and re-shipping charges will apply.
PAYMENT POLICY
We operate on a 100% prepaid model.
Accepted Payment Methods
- UPI
- Credit/Debit cards
- Net banking
- Bank transfer (for bulk orders)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Bulk Orders
Bulk/institutional orders may require advance payment (50–100%) before dispatch.
GST Billing
GST invoices are provided for all applicable orders.
Customers must enter correct billing details at checkout.
All prices are in INR and subject to change without prior notice.
RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
We deal primarily in institutional and bulk supply items. Returns are limited.
You may request a replacement only if you receive:
- Damaged product
- Wrong item
- Missing item
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.
Eligible for Replacement Only
- Manufacturing defect
- Transit damage
- Incorrect product delivered
Not Eligible for Return
- Used items
- Bulk orders
- Minor colour or size variations
- Items ordered by mistake
- Damage due to misuse or improper handling
Approved replacements will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- Product unavailable after order
- Replacement not possible
- Order cancelled before dispatch
Refund timeline:
- UPI/cards: 5–7 working days
- Bank transfer: 7–10 working days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
Bulk orders are non-refundable once processed or dispatched.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Bulk orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation and payment.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
If a package appears damaged at delivery:
- Take photos before opening
- Record an unboxing video
- Email us within 48 hours
Claims without photo/video proof may not be accepted.
PRIVACY POLICY
Print Junction respects your privacy.
All customer data is used strictly for order processing and communication.
We collect:
- Name
- Phone number
- Address
- GST details (if provided)
We do not sell or rent customer data.
Information is shared only with payment gateways and delivery partners for order fulfilment.
All payments are processed via secure payment gateways.
