4. Orders

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Pricing errors
• Suspicious transactions
• Incorrect address details

In such cases, a refund will be issued.

5. Payments

We accept:
UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and bank transfers.

Cash on Delivery is not available.

Bulk orders may require advance payment.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped from our Delhi warehouse.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect address details.

7. Returns & Replacements

Returns are limited to damaged or incorrect items only.
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Bulk and institutional orders are generally non-returnable.

8. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours or before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Bulk orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, images, text and graphics belongs to Print Junction/Sakaar Communications.
Unauthorised use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Print Junction shall not be liable for:

• Indirect losses
• Business interruption
• Delivery delays by logistics partners
• Minor product variations

Our liability is limited to the order value.

11. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the website or attempt fraud, hacking, or abuse of services.

12. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
